The name says it all - EndOfSanity (in German: End of Reason) keeps what it promises. At first it's just a fine stinging sensation in the back of the throat. Then the pain slowly spreads and after a few minutes fills the entire mouth. Since we don't use any extracts, this extreme sauce doesn't have an unpleasantly bitter taste. Despite the spiciness, the broad spectrum of flavors dominates.
Since November 2013, CAROLINA REAPER has been the hottest chili variety in the world. It reaches peak values of up to 2,250,000 Scoville. For our EndOfSanity, the chili is mashed and then further processed. This gives the sauce a unique taste.
