The name says it all - EndOfSanity (in English: end of sanity) does what it promises. At first it is just a slight stinging in the throat. Then the pain slowly spreads and after a few minutes fills the entire mouth. Since we do not use any extracts, this extreme sauce does not have an unpleasant bitter taste. Despite the spiciness, the broad flavor spectrum dominates.
Until winter 2023, the CAROLINA REAPER was the hottest chili variety in the world. It reaches peak values of up to 2,250,000 Scoville. For our EndOfSanity, the chili are mashed and then processed further. This gives the sauce a unique taste.
