With our recipe and the spices it contains, we achieved first place at the 2016 Grill National Championship and impressed the judges. Now the award-winning recipe is also available for use at home in a practical carrying bag. The necessary spices on the front, the recipe including picture instructions on the back.

- Juicy unmarinated spare ribs from your trusted master butcher
- Water smoker or kettle grill or other grill with a lid and water bowl for moisture
- 5-6 hours of time that is definitely worth it
